SHIPPING

We currently ship within Canada and the USA. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, excluding holidays. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.

Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping in Canada and the USA.

Once shipped, Canadian order will typically arrive within 1-5 business days. Orders to the USA will typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your item arrives damaged or you experience an issue, we will make it right. please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@verdaliving.ca.  

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

If you have purchased a Verda Living product from a third party retailer, you must contact that retailer to process a return.
